Jeff, I think years ago at the NTEN conference you may have held a session on pushing folks to have a clear, compelling, useful “charter” or “company description” that the staff might really connect to and drive their day to day decisions by the awesome that is that clear statement. Was this you?
James – it wasn’t an NTEN, it but it was me. 🙂 That presentation was at a Scrum Gathering in Seattle last year, and it was called “Missionizing Your Agile Team”. The slides are out on Slideshare, but I’m doing a version with audio as well, which will be available on this web site by June 3. 🙂
